Venom 3 The Last Dance Trailer was released yesterday by Marvel, continuing the trilogy of Eddie Brock’s Venom. Straight from that first line in the trailer “Eddie my home has found us”, we know this 3rd film will delve into the Venom symbiotes background. Meaning could they introduce the god of Symbiotes? Well they could but probably won’t, since a kull post credit scene was cut from Venom Let there be Carnage. However, that doesn’t mean they can’t. The cut may be because they wanted to save it for this movie; who knows? Regardless, I’m just glad we’re getting more depth into Venom’s backstory. – Image credit Pixabay Images
One of the most eye catching scenes is when we see the same bar from the Spider-man no way home post credit scene. With a character named Orwell Taylor from the comics trapping the Symbiote left behind from Venom. It’s a bit confusing since this is supposedly taking place in the Sonny Venom universe. But the bar scene we saw was in the main 616 universe. It could be that they changed it to be in the Sonny universe instead of the 616 or this could be the Sonny’s universe version of what we saw in the original bar scene. Despite the confusion, it’s great to see that this post credit scene is finally paying off.
Venom 3 The Last Dance Trailer: Young Peter Parker and details
Many rumours suggest that Spider-man will appear in Venom 3, but it might not be what you expect. Recently, new rumours have indicated that the movie will feature a young Peter Parker. If this turns out to be true, then the trailer might have already shown us a glimpse of young Peter. One scene shows a family in a car with a kid in the backseat, who could be Peter Parker. So, it’s clear that this isn’t exactly what Tom Hardy meant when he said he wants Spider-man in Venom 3.
We see Orwell Taylor, as mentioned earlier, working with a government group that seems to be experimenting on or containing symbiotes. We also see a bunch of Venom’s kind coming down to earth, probably to invade, and maybe even sent by Knull, King of Symbiotes. This would definitely add more depth to the story. My only worry with making Kull hints in the movie is that a lot of plot details will get rolled other revolving Kunll.
