DC just dropped a new Trailer For Joker 2, seeing Harley Quin and Joker’s relationship. Interestingly it seems the movie is taking a turn from the original Harley Quinn storyline. Originally Harley Quinn was supposed to be a psychologist at Arkham Asylum. Soon she falls in love with Joker, slowly manipulated into joining him. Judging by how Harley Quinn looks like another Inmate like Joker in the trailer, the story is different from the original. It also looks like she’s already like how the original turned out to be. But, it’s still similar in the fact their both falling in love.
Based on the trailer, it appears that music will play a significant role in the movie. There has been news circulating that it might even be a musical. The trailer seems to confirm that. We also see Arthur and Harley in various musical settings, from dancing in riots to their wedding. However, given Arthurs’s history of hallucinations from the first movie. – It’s possible that some of these musical sequences could be hallucinations. Either from Arthur or Harley. It seems like at least some of the musical scenes will be portrayed as hallucinations.
Joker 2 Trailer: Story, theme, and Relationship
The movie sees Joker finally finding someone who’s like him and who looks up to him, no longer being alone. This will probably be the main theme throughout the movie, as well as Joker’s trial. On the lines of Joker’s trial, you may notice that there are crowds of Joker Fans, supporting him. This shows that when Joker went on Tv he became famous and his actions drew people into following him. On the lines of Joker fans, there was a scene of Joker running away from two other Joker fans. I think this might actually be real rather than a hallucination. With Harley Quin now by his side, Joker’s rein will only get bigger with his fans rioting to his Neal.
